Chicken parmigiana, or "chicken parm," as it is affectionately known, is everything we love about Italian food in one bite. An Italian-American classic comfort dish that packs a lot of flavor into each bite - the crisp coating of the fried breadcrumbs on the meat's exterior, the chicken's juicy interior, the bright and slightly sweet flavor of the POM’s house made Marinara tomato sauce, and topped with hot, bubbly mozzarella baked to perfection.
